Shape the Foundation of Learning
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and innovative EYFS Teacher to join our friendly primary school in Luton, starting as soon as possible. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with children in the Foundation Stage, supporting their first formal experiences of school and laying the foundations for lifelong learning.
As the EYFS Teacher, you will lead a Reception/FS2 class, designing and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence. You will support children’s personal, social, and emotional development alongside early literacy and numeracy skills. The role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and is committed to high-quality early years practice.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, play-based learning activities across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning and track development
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
* Promote independence, confidence, and social-emotional skills in all children
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive Early Years curriculum and support continuity into Year 1
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing progress and celebrating achievements
* Support children in transitioning successfully to the next stage of their education
* Maintain accurate records, including assessment, attendance, and wellbeing documentation
