The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer with electrical bias to join our Engineering team, based in our factory in Crick, Northampton.On Offer:Annual salary of £53,02842 hours per week, 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights 12 hour shifts on rotation)Hourly rate with overtime

Paid monthlyThe RoleTo establish and maintain safe, compliant and effective engineering operations that continually develop the site's asset base by following the Engineering strategy for proactive work whilst responding to breakdowns. Key Responsibilities
Shift Engineer:Perform planned and predictive maintenance of equipment and complete ad hoc repairs in a timely manner and by prioritising works in line with site priorities to ensure that efficient production is maintainedAssessing the need for spares by ensuring that the critical spares and spares list is up to date and stock is at the required levels Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Engineering managerEnsuring a safe environment by conducting all servicing and maintenance activities with minimal risk to employees, products and equipment. Champion safety Using route cause analysis on breakdowns to identify actions and drive completion of actions to prevent re-occurrenceSupport the energy reduction and sustainability agenda to reduce environmental impacts across the site by ensuring all actions are completed Participate in daily and weekly review sessions to drive the improvement throughout the site. Skills, Experience and Qualifications
