Residential Property Lawyer (2 PQE) We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Lawyer to join our client’s growing Conveyancing team, working across offices within South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step within a supportive and progressive firm. Salary on offer is competitive. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing. Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and CILEX professionals with practice rights are welcomed. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include: Sales Purchases Remortgages Transfers of Equity Leasehold transactions You will also play an active role in supporting junior members of the team, contributing to departmental growth and participating in business development initiatives.
