The Role This role offers a brilliant introduction to finance within a busy talent agency environment. You'll support the day-to-day running of the finance function, helping ensure data is accurate, invoices are processed on time, and internal teams have what they need. They're early into their insourcing process having worked with an external accounting practice for several years, so there is clear room for growth. With the right drive and curiosity, you can progress into taking on more responsibility around reconciliations, month-end preparation, and deeper involvement in the financial side of talent and royalty income streams as the agency continues to scale Responsibilities Enter financial data into Xero and internal systems Help prepare and send client invoices Support basic credit control (chasing overdue payments when needed) Process supplier invoices and assist with weekly payment runs Reconciling talent payments against invoices Perform bank reconciliations Keep finance files and documents organised and up to date Support VAT return preparation Liaise with agents, talent teams, and suppliers when required Coordinate with external accounts team Provide general admin and finance support across the team Ad hoc tasks to support the Founder and wider business What We Need to See (Essential) Previous bookkeeping experience, exposure to financial operations in an SME A passion for the creative industries! What We'd Like to See (Bonus) Experience using Xero Experience in the talent, media, entertainment, or creative industries Package: Package: Up to £40k benefits Working Pattern: 1 day WFH, 4 days in a central London office with general flexibility as needed. Scope to reduce to 2 days WFH and 3 days in-office after 1 year of service.
