JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee 2 residential CLA group homes.
* Directly supervises and evaluates the Lead and Direct Support Staff
* Oversee all and house finances and submit records as required
* Comply with all Agency and Department of Developmental Services regulations and policies
* Carryout and communicate emergency action plans
* Provide quality assurance continually throughout the licensing review period
* Oversee all aspects of medical Administration in conjunction with agency nursing
* Oversee staff scheduling
* Provide on-call coverage
* Coordinate, oversee and follow up on all medical appointments in conjunction with agency nursing
* Operate within parameters of staffing budget and household budget
* Schedule and attend all Individual Plan meetings and complete and distribute all needed reports
* Oversee reporting of all maintenance and safety issues
* Schedule staff meetings on a consistent basis (Minimum quarterly or more as needed
* Ensure incident reports are documented as needed and reviewed prior to submission in a timely manner
* Reviews end of the month data and submit as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in related human services field. HS diploma/GED required.
* DDS experience
* Valid Connecticut Driver's license and eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto Insurance
* Obtain and maintain Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, PMT certification, Annual Inservice and other specific medical and habilitative needs training
* 3 years experience in human service field at the supervisory level
* To be available and flexible as needed
Monday through Friday, 1st shift
Full-Time: 40 hours/week
