Role Overview We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic Homes & Communities division. This role will be responsible for letting properties within agreed targets, maximising A2Dominions return on investment & Private Rent brand. Key responsibilities: Manage all lettings related enquiries in accordance with key service standards Assess applications for suitability and affordability utilising all available internal and external tools Organise and attend accompanied viewings, providing applicants with relevant property & lettings information Regularly appraise property portal performance; providing regular productivity & progress reports and maintaining accurate and up to date advertisements Develop and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party agents, acting as main point of contact In accordance with key performance indicators take a lead role in the review of lettings and marketing activity Coordinate and carry out Home Demonstrations Support the delivery and handover of new properties into management Maintain accurate & update record and database information for all aspects of the lettings process Ensure A2Dominion guidelines are being followed according to the most recent government legislation More about you Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A- C) Previous experience of working in a lettings capacity Hold an understanding of Tenancy, Deposit & Lettings legislation Hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle Choosing us is easy As an employee of A2Dominion, we want you to feel rewarded and have a choice of flexible benefits, salary exchange benefits, and rewards and discounts that work for you, wherever you are in your life.
