Overview

Advanced Clinician in Pain – Full Time/Part Time. St Georges House, Wolverhampton. Connect Health and Healthshare have come together as one organisation - Cora Health - combining decades of experience in providing healthcare services on behalf of the NHS. An exciting opportunity within our community pain management service in Wolverhampton for a clinician with a background in one of the listed professions to deliver high-quality MSK care.

Responsibilities

You will undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. You must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. You will deliver quality clinical care for patients with pain conditions and manage a varied caseload within MSK practice. You will work toward CPD and service development, with a focus on improving patient care. You will be registered with the HCPC or equivalent regulator (as professional background dictates) and operate within a multi-professional workforce that is competency-based.

Who we are looking for

* Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
* A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
* Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT).
* Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
* Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways.
* Ability to understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of evidence-based practice (EBP).
* Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal care.
* Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
* Experience of developing team members.
