Credit Controller Bus & Coach Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid About this Role We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Bus & Coach team at Dawsongroup. In this role you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time, and supporting our business growth through smart credit risk decisions. Youll be the link between our customers and our business, helping to maintain strong relationships while protecting company revenue. Manage a live portfolio of 300 customer accounts Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed credit terms Maintain accurate sales ledger records and reporting Liaise with managers and directors on customer payment plans and risks Support our sales team with credit checks for new business opportunities About You Youll thrive in this role if you are a confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving and building strong working relationships. Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role will be key, and you will bring the skills to manag e accounts methodically and professionally. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous experience in credit control or similar customer accounts role Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident using IT systems including Excel and finance software Team player with a proactive and professional approach Not sure you meet every requirement?
