Office location: This role can be based out of any of our London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh offices.
The Role
1. Leading a portfolio of large/medium clients with both Trust and contract-based DC schemes and wider savings products.
2. Providing advice on scheme design, investment, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.
3. Reviewing advice papers drafted by others.
4. Running client meetings.
5. Proactive prospecting with organisations that are new to WTW and also focussing on growing existing WTW client relationships.
6. Representing WTW DC Consulting internally and externally at conferences, round tables, events etc.
7. Leading and contributing to internal client and colleague related specialist groups. covering key DC issues or colleague development groups.
8. Supporting, training and where appropriate managing/mentoring other colleagues.
This is a Certification Regime role under the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA’s) Senior Manager and Certification Regime and will be subject to the FCA’s Conduct Rules.
