Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Afternoons Only - Stockport Area
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in the Stockport area who are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, afternoon-only basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is confident providing 1:1 support and managing challenging behaviour within a SEND setting.
Role Details:
1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant
2. Afternoons only
3. Monday to Friday
4. Primary School setting
5. Stockport area
Essential Requirements:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
7. Proven experience working 1:1 with children with SEND
8. Strong behaviour management skills, including supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
9. Patient, resilient and proactive approach
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic progress, emotional regulation and social development, helping them to access learning in a safe and structured environment.
