As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex engineering and industrial projects for our clients. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to best-in-class project management practices while building a strong foundation for a consulting career.
This role is ideal for graduates with an engineering background who are interested in combining technical understanding with project leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
* Assist in cost control, risk management, and change management
* Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
* Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers
* Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or deviations
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
* Engage with clients on-site or remotely, depending on project needs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, Aerospace, or similar)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interest in project management, consulting, or PMO environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in structured, fast-paced project environments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.)
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Prince2)
* Internship or placement experience in engineering or project roles
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
