Growing Leeds based legal conveyancer has an exciting position available for an administrative assistant to join their residential conveyancing team and support their daily function.
This role is ideal for somebody looking to kickstart their career with a company that is passionate about progression and development. Office experience would be preferred but training will be provided.
The key responsibilities will be:
* Logging and issuing quotes to prospective clients
* File opening
* Managing and distributing incoming correspondence
* Taking calls and messages and providing updates
* Data entry
* Preparing and issuing contract packs
* Any ad-hoc tasks required by the team
The ideal candidate will be committed and punctual and must have excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. They must also be able to work as part of a team, as well as unsupervised, and be proactive in their approach to work. Ideally, the candidate must have experience in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Training will be provided.
This is a full-time position 35 hours p/w with 23 days annual leave plus additional time off at Christmas.
Salary meets NMW requirements.
