Location: 103-105 Midland Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LU
Position: Part-time Tue, Wed & Thu 9am - 5pm
Salary: From £13.00 - £13.50 p.h

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about patient care and have a background in dental nursing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the dental team, guiding them through their treatment plans.
* Conduct patient consultations, explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient clinical time and resource use.
* Manage financial arrangements, including payment plans and insurance claims.
* Ensure patients fully understand their care plans.
* Support the clinical team during procedures when necessary, maintaining a seamless flow of operations.
* Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a dental practice, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems.
* A compassionate and empathetic demeanour, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Essential
* Must have previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in the dental field.
