Position description / Job description Provide guidance and support to the toddler room staff. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for toddlers. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment. Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations. Participate in annual training and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the overall planning and implementation of the nursery's curriculum. Assist in managing daily operations of the toddler room. Requirements We're looking for you, if: You hold a relevant early childhood education qualification. You possess proven experience working with toddlers (at least 2 years). You have excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills. You are a hands-on individual with a passion for childcare. You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
