School Administrator (Finance / SIMS Experience)

Madison Reign Recruitment are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Haringey who are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team on a long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with previous school administration experience, particularly those with finance and/or SIMS ParentMail experience.
🏫 The Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school office and providing efficient administrative and financial support.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing front-of-house reception duties and handling enquiries
*
Using SIMS for pupil data management and attendance
*
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial records
*
Supporting school finance procedures and budget tracking
*
Managing ParentMail communications with parents and carers
*
Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
*
Assisting senior leadership with general administrative tasks
*
Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes
✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
*
Strong working knowledge of SIMS
*
Experience using ParentMail
*
School finance or accounts experience (highly desirable)
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
