What You’ll Be Doing
* Set and operate CNC machines to produce components to exacting aerospace specifications.
* Interpret complex engineering drawings and production packs to ensure flawless output.
* Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by providing practical manufacturing feedback.
* Perform rigorous quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other metrology tools.
* Adhere to strict quality standards, including NADCAP and AS9100.
* Carry out basic machine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure production targets are met.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in a high-precision environment—aerospace experience preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of tight tolerance machining and inspection techniques.
* Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings and production documentation.
* Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is a strong advantage.
