Coordinate and manage customer orders efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all transactions. Support the team in resolving customer issues and complaints professionally. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and track delivery schedules to meet customer expectations. Prepare and process documentation related to customer accounts. Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures.Profile A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have: Previous experience in a customer service role, either customer-facing or over the phone.
