About Beehive
Beehive is our in-house creative agency, part of Brands Marketing and Experience within the Consumer Relationship division. Since opening our doors in 2021, we’ve grown into a vibrant team of 50+ passionate designers, artworkers, copywriters and account handlers.
We collaborate across Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) and the wider Group to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional experiences. Every project is an opportunity to push boundaries and create work that resonates.
About the Role
This isn’t just another design role. It’s a chance to lead creative storytelling and craft campaigns that captivate colleagues and elevate our brand narrative.
You’ll:
1. Shape the story of transformation within BMX, turning complex journeys into compelling, visual narratives that engage and inspire.
2. Champion creativity inside and outside the Group, showcasing brilliant work and collaboration across teams.
3. Design and animate high-quality assets for channels including SharePoint, internal social platforms, email and social media.
4. Own projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand identity.
5. Influence and inspire, presenting ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to achieve the best outcomes.
6. Collaborate with copywriters, blending words and visuals into seamless storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
7. Design mastery: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). After Effects would be a real bonus.
8. SharePoint expertise: Confident in page build and design – this will be a big part of your role.
9. Creative flair and originality: You bring ideas that cut through the noise and make people stop and take notice.
10. Campaign thinking: Ability to conceive innovative concepts that differentiate BMX and strengthen our reputation.
11. Detail obsession: Consistency and precision are second nature to you.
12. Communication skills: Gravitas and clarity when presenting ideas, backed by strong rationale.
Why You’ll Love It Here
At Beehive, creativity isn’t just a skill – it’s our culture. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, and the platform to make a real impact. If you’re passionate about design and storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re on an exciting journey in the Group and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.
About working for us
Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.
We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:
13. A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
14. An annual performance-related bonus
15. Share schemes including free shares
16. Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
17. 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
18. A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
