What youll do
* Lead and motivate a skilled ward team, driving high standards of care.
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management.
* Champion patient safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless patient experiences.
What youll bring with you
1. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
2. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong surgical background, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in patient care.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
