This is primarily an office-based position, but are open to considering full-time, part-time, and flexible working arrangements, offering some flexibility in your work location. What you'll do Manage mail, call handling and message taking Participate in daily team calls and some external calls, recording key action points and assisting with follow-up Support with timely and accurate client and project reporting Act as the main point of contact for invoicing and coordinating with our financial administration team Assist with client onboarding and AML, Letters of Engagement, and related communications Help prepare presentations and credentials for business development activities Organise travel, accommodation, and team meetings/outings Provide general support with routine legal tasks Assist with title deed administration and the preparation of inventories What you’ll need Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to organise and prioritise workload to an exceptional standard Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Experience with iManage document management and 3E practice management systems would be an advantage What you’ll receive Competitive salary and benefits package What's next?
