Ivy Resource Group are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor - or a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up - to join a prestigious high-end residential construction company based in Gloucestershire. This is a permanent position with an immediate start, offering a salary of up to £70,000. The Company Our client is a well-established high-end residential contractor with a reputation for delivering bespoke, luxury homes across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Their projects combine craftsmanship with quality finishes, and they're now seeking to grow their commercial team with a talented QS who shares their eye for detail and passion for excellence. The Role Entails: This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, specialist team where you'll take ownership of financial operations across high-spec residential builds. The role would suit a seasoned Senior QS or a capable Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up. A background or knowledge of carpentry or traditional building methods would be highly beneficial.
