Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Prescribing Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Fosse Way. Practice Plus Group are delighted to have been awarded the healthcare contract for HMP Fosse Way, Category C resettlement prison in Leicester from 1st July 2025.
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £33,510 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Work with other members of the team, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly.
* Provide outstanding evidence-based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
* Provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.
* Promote safe patient care
* Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
