* 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00

Pilgrim Foodservice is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team supporting users across the business.
This is a hands‑on 2nd line support role suited to someone confident troubleshooting more complex technical issues while remaining user‑focused and proactive.
You will work closely with the Infrastructure Lead and wider IT team across day‑to‑day support, maintenance, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line IT support across the business
* Act as an escalation point for 1st line support
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
* Monitor systems and carry out routine maintenance
* Support user devices, accounts, and access management
* Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
