We are a leading UK national contractor delivering projects of all sizes and complexities in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, defence and justice and borders. Construction comprises our Regional Building, Strategic Projects, Kier Places and KME, we operate across all regions– London & Southern, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Sheffield
Hours: 40hrs per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Quantity Surveying Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc Quantity Surveyor with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
Your day to day will include:
* Working across commercial and pre-construction departments
* Assisting the team with value and risk management
* Supporting the commercial team with cost control, analysis, and estimates
* Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course

To enrol onto your degree, you will need:

* Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications may also be considered
