Whether you’re just starting out or looking for your next meaningful role, this is your chance to grow in a values-led school with a big heart and high expectations.
What makes our school special?
Our March 2024 Ofsted inspection recognised:
* Ambitious, high expectations across a rich, thoughtful curriculum

* A deep-rooted sense of community where children and families truly belong
* Staff who are committed to growth and educational excellence
We’re a school that balances rigour with compassion, and we’re relentless in our commitment to equity, opportunity, and excellence for all.
Who we’re looking for:
A teacher who teaches with heart, clarity and craft
Someone who can inspire all learners, no matter their background
A relationship-builder who values trust, fairness and connection
A reflective practitioner who’s passionate about professional development
A community-minded educator who sees teaching as a force for change
What you’ll get in return:
* A supportive staff culture grounded in collaboration and trust
* Excellent mentorship for ECTs and professional coaching for all staff
* A well-sequenced, ambitious curriculum that lets teachers focus on what matters
* A leadership team that champions meaningful, intent-driven work
* A diverse, inclusive community where you can be yourself and thrive
* The support of a forward-thinking Trust that values evidence-informed practice
If you believe classrooms are places of transformation and you’re ready to help children grow into confident, compassionate citizens—we’d love to meet you.
