Responsibilities of the Commercial Account Handler; * Manage client renewals, new business (sourced by directors), and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and efficiency. * Provide day-to-day client support and account management, primarily via phone and email, with limited face-to-face interaction. Experience & Skills Required for the Commercial Account Handler * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial account handling. * Strong preference for candidates with property and/or commercial combined insurance exposure. * Broader product knowledge across liabilities, fleet, Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), and other financial lines is highly advantageous. * A stable career history is preferred, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
