As a Senior Manager, you'll lead high-impact engagements, developing our propositions, and driving relationships that create long-term value. 1. Leading internal controls and governance transformation programmes across finance, actuarial and risk functions.
2. Managing regulatory and supervisory interactions relating to governance, controls and reporting integrity.
3. Designing and enhancing end‑to‑end control frameworks aligned to Solvency II, SOx/ICFR and broader prudential regulation.
4. Coaching and developing team members while building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

This role is for you if:
5. You have experience delivering high impact risk and regulatory engagements within life insurance or retirement markets.
6. You have a deep understanding of internal controls frameworks, including SOx/ICFR, and governance best practice.
7. You bring strong knowledge of Solvency II, capital governance and actuarial processes within insurance organisations.
8. You are confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including Boards and executive leadership.
9. You can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
10. You have experience delivering assurance or advisory engagements across finance, actuarial or risk and control environments.

What you'll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
