Skills
Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building a rapport with clients and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret data and explain complex information concisely, accurately and compliantly.
You dont need a background in investments, venture capital or private equity but an understanding is helpful. That said, well invest time training and supporting ambitious people willing to work hard.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to advance their career in financial services with scope to gain exposure to all parts of the business.
We all work from our office in Clifton, Bristol. Nobody works remotely. We find Teams, Zoom, Slack are no substitute for being able to walk to someones desk or bounce ideas off each other whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.
