Car Sales Executive – St Albans
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Car Sales Executive in St Albans to join a well-established and successful car dealership with a newly refurbished showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for cars and customer service to thrive in a dynamic automotive environment.

đź’· Salary: Basic + OTE up to ÂŁ65, per annum
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, plus every other Sunday
đź“Ś Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers in the showroom, offering expert advice on vehicle options
2. Explain vehicle features, benefits, and finance/payment options clearly and confidently
3. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
4. Respond to customer queries and build rapport to understand their needs
5. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
6. Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise performance
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Minimum 1 year’s car sales or high-value sales experience in a customer-facing role
8. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
9. Proven ability to close sales and exceed targets
10. Strong customer service ethos and a professional, consultative approach
11. Full UK driving licence
