Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 total compensation

Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager required for a distributor of CNC machine tools.
Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth, develop and execute strategic business plans, building strong customer relationships to expand market presence, with a focus on CNC machine tools.
* Manage and support a team of sales & marketing staff, providing coaching, direction, and performance management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote different machine tools, equipment and services.
* Build and nurture relationships with key customers to increase sales.
* On site role near Boston, MA with a small amount of travel expected to meet customers.
Vice President of Sales / Sales Manager Requirements
* Prior experience selling CNC machine tools or machining accessories.
* Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth in a precision engineering or precision manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience leading and managing a sales team.
* A bachelor’s degree in business is advantageous.
* Commutable to the main office near Boston, MA.
