Overview
Tier 2 Support Agent - Evening Shift (Relocate to Cyprus) – Join Scorewarrior as part of the Tier 2 Support team. Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre and aims to grow its hit game Total Battle. Our Player Care department is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care, ensuring players feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
The Tier 2 Support team handles complex gameplay questions and game bugs, working closely with developers to submit reports from investigations and contribute to game improvements. In this role, you’ll analyze escalated cases using internal tools and ensure timely, accurate updates to players and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills who works well in a team and wants to make a real impact on player experience.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve complex gameplay questions
* Reproduce bugs, gather details, and share clear reports with QA and developers
* Keep track of ongoing cases to update players and relevant support teams
* Stay up-to-date with game events, updates, mechanics, and system tools to support escalated cases accurately
* Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement
* Be part of the ongoing duty process
Requirements
* Willingness to work evening shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* 2+ years of experience in customer / technical support or QA
* Familiar with a support ticketing system like Helpshift
* Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
Nice to have
* Experience with tools such as Clickhouse, Grafana, YouTrack and ability to read client/server logs
* Background in gaming or tech, preferably with a developer, publisher, or outsourcing company
* Additional language skills
* Passion for games
