In this role, you'll provide expert advice across a broad range of HR matters-particularly employee relations, policy implementation, and operational workforce support. The role: Job Description: Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices to minimise organisational risk. Conduct thorough investigations, prepare documentation, and support formal HR processes and hearings as required. Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture through proactive communication and conflict resolution. Manage HR casework and maintain accurate records using the HRIS and other systems in line with data protection requirements. Respond to employee queries related to pay, benefits, policies, and procedures, delivering high-quality employee services. Collaborate with HR colleagues on continuous improvement of processes and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed. The Person: Qualified to CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or able to demonstrate equivalent experience in a professional HR advisory role. Proven experience managing complex employee relations casework. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
