This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative food service strategies across BP Oil UK Ltd, enhancing customer experience and commercial performance.

Responsibilities:**

* Utilize Agility core practices to develop, implement, and lead new food service offerings and improvements.
* Apply Analytical Thinking and Customer data knowledge to identify market trends, customer needs, and performance gaps within the food service sector.
* Develop and implement strategies that demonstrate strong Commercial Acumen, ensuring profitability and return on investment for food service initiatives.
* Effectively communicate food service strategies, plans, and results to internal and external stakeholders through strong Communication skills.
* Champion Customer centric thinking, ensuring all food service developments prioritize and enhance the customer experience.
* Leverage Data visualization and interpretation skills to present complex data insights in an accessible and actionable format for decision-making.
* Facilitate Digital Collaboration within cross-functional teams to streamline food service development processes.
* Maintain and expand Industry knowledge and advocacy within the food service and retail sectors, identifying standard methodologies and competitive advantages.
* Promote Knowledge Sharing across the organization regarding food service innovations, successes, and lessons learned.
* Execute Negotiation planning and preparation for supplier contracts and partnership agreements relevant to food service.
* Cultivate strong Partner relationship management with key food service suppliers and external collaborators.
* Lead and optimize Retail Category Management for food service products, ensuring a compelling and profitable assortment.
* Drive Retail territory development initiatives focused on expanding and optimizing food service offerings across BP sites.
* Develop and deliver effective Retail training skills programs to ensure consistent execution of food service standards and strategies.

Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience in food service development or a related field within a retail or petrol station environment.
* Shown ability to apply Agility core practices in project management and product development.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualization.
* Excellent commercial competence with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A customer-centric mentality with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
* Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and platforms.
* In-depth Industry knowledge and advocacy within the food service and retail sectors.
* Experience in negotiation planning and preparation, and partner relationship management.
* Solid understanding of Retail Category Management principles.
* Experience in Retail territory development and implementing retail training programs.
