The Job
Our client is recruiting an Agronomist to deliver high-quality, compliant agronomic advice to growers across Scotland. You will manage a defined customer base, provide crop protection and nutrition recommendations, and support growers with practical, field-based decision making throughout the season. The role is advisory-led, with a strong emphasis on stewardship, compliance, and long-term farm performance rather than short-term sales.

* BASIS and FACTS qualified (or actively working towards)
* Strong arable and crop production knowledge
* Confident operating independently in a field-based role
