Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for day‑to‑day running of the hotel, including the kitchen, garden and grounds.
* Oversee two busy restaurants with a strong F&B background and maintain operational knowledge of rooms and revenue management.
* Passion for great food and drink, and promote this culture across the team.
* Lead staff welfare and development; nurture the next generation of hospitality professionals.
* Create unforgettable experiences for guests, putting their satisfaction at the centre of every decision.
* Take full financial responsibility for the hotel and collaborate with group functions to achieve excellence.
* Demonstrate leadership on the floor and in data‑driven analysis, using P&L and KPI data for continual improvement.
* Maintain authentic brand representation, preferring casual attire and a sense of humour in daily interactions.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in similar hospitality leadership roles.
* Strong background in F&B operations and revenue management.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and inspire staff.
* Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
* Capability to analyze financial and KPI data and make informed decisions.
* Comfortable leading by example both on and off the floor.
