With a reputation for excellence, our clients are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join the dynamic team and become a key member of the management team for this prestigious venue.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the day‑to‑day operations across the estates hospitality and events divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations, event management, and general management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence:
o Develop and implement operationalsmouthsic strategies to ensure the smooth running of all hospitality and event operations
o Oversee daily operations, including staff management, stock control, and quality assurance
o Continuously analyse and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
o Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Event Management:
o Collaborate with the events team to అమ్మ plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large‑scale productions
o Oversee event logistics, including venue preparation, staffing, catering, and technical requirements
o Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners
o Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and company goals
* Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team of hospitality and events professionals
o Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations
o Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement
o Implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless coordination between departments
* Financial Management:
o Develop and manage operational budgets for both hospitality and events divisions
o Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality
o Analyse financial reports and key performance indicators to drive business growth
o Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to maximise profitability
* Customer Experience:
o Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
o Develop and implement customer feedback systems to continuously improve service quality
o Handle and resolve complex customer issues promptly and professionally
o Cultivate long‑term relationships with key clients and guests
