We are working with a well-established food manufacturer in Staffordshire that’s looking for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor (minimum: Registered General Nurse qualified) with an entrepreneurial streak — someone who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to shape best-in-class Occupational Health from the ground up.
This isn’t a “keep-the-lights-on” role.
They want someone to:
* Take full control of the Occupational Health function
* Set standards, not just follow them
* Drive proactive wellbeing, absence reduction, and fitness-for-work best practice
* Act as a trusted partner to site leadership, HR, and operations
In short: run it like it’s yours.
You’ll have autonomy, backing from senior leadership, and the mandate to modernise how Occpational Health supports a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. If you enjoy building frameworks, influencing culture, and leaving things better than you found them, this one’s worth a conversation.
If this sounds even vaguely aligned with what you enjoy doing — or where you want your career to go — reply and I’ll share more detail
