Job Description
You will be working within our Operations department and will play an integral part in helping to support the business as a whole; by ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.
Key Functions:
* Office based
* Jobs from start to finish, either Air, Sea or Road
* Customs entries
* Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
* Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external
* Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times
* Liaise with the customer on system related issues
* Always Maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch).
