Overview: We are currently seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join our Inverness [IV2 5GH] office. A large part of this role will involve liasing with clients of the firm. Duties: Banking cheques on behalf of the Inverness office to ensure cash flow within the firm remains at a steady level, using various portals to do. Lise with clients via telephone and action/transfer all calls as relevant. Log client information as needed on internal CRM system. Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality at events. Manage diaries using Microsoft outlook. Collaboration with staff and courier company with regards to mail. Booking/setting up meeting rooms upon request of Partners and clients. You will ensure all AV is set up correctly in these rooms. Handling incoming mail and delivering to appropriate person as well as banking (going to the bank) Skills, knowledge and experience required: Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate both verbally and in writing Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Attention to detail Fantastic organisational skills A desire to perform well and progress A mature outlook Salary: £22,932 per annum. Working week: 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
