Civil Design Engineer - Birmingham £30k - £40k + Benefits
Our client, a growing engineering firm based in Birmingham city centre, is looking for a motivated Civil Design Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior engineers, gain hands‑on experience, and develop your skills on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce drawings, calculations, reports, and design documents
* Use design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, KeySign, and Lighting Reality
* Apply CDM designers' duties and company procedures to deliver high‑quality projects
* Collaborate with project engineers, technicians, and clients
* Identify and manage risks and support project delivery
* Conduct site visits as required
Role Details
* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE) plus benefits (~£2,500)
* Hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday
* Location: Birmingham city centre office
