The Role
This is a key Site Lead role with genuine scope and visibility. It will suit someone with a strong engineering foundation, proven experience leading teams and delivering results, and an understanding of how investment-backed businesses operate—where pace, performance, and accountability matter. You may already be operating at a senior level, or you may be ready to step into broader ownership.

What you’ll step into
You will lead a specialist engineering and laboratory operation delivering critical testing and technical services.
You’ll take ownership of site performance—covering people, safety, quality, client delivery, and financial outcomes—working closely with an established team and the wider business. There is a strong foundation in place; the opportunity is to build on it, bring clarity, and create momentum.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible, making decisions, and shaping how a site performs and feels day to day.
This means:

* Owning the commercial reality – budgets, cost control, revenue performance, and growth opportunities
