Nursery Practitioner – Urmston
TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a number of welcoming and well-established nurseries in Urmston, who are looking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early years education and supporting young children in their development.
The Role
* Supporting the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Planning and delivering engaging, play‑based activities
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
* Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
* Working closely with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Experience working within UK nursery settings
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
