The role will involve: Leading and developing the Science department Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on specialism Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment Supporting and mentoring members of the Science team Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development You will maintain a teaching timetable and play a key role in supporting whole-school academic success.
