Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic HR plans in line with the organisation's goals.
* Part of the Senior Leadership Team.
* Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Champion a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Provide guidance and support to the HR team.
* Collaborate with other department heads to align HR policies with business goals.
* Manage the annual HR budget.
* Implement effective training and development programs.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking an inspirational and proactive HR leader who has the following:
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within education or a similarly complex, multi-site organisation.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and strategic workforce planning.
* Experience in culture change, employee engagement, and organisational development.
* Demonstrable success in managing complex HR projects, change management, and restructuring initiatives.
* A collaborative and people-first approach, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* A passion for working at an organisation with a strong social-purpose.
What's on Offer
* An attractive salary between £59,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.
* Generous holiday leave.
* Option for the role to be Term-time only (+15) or full time.
