Our newly relaunched website delivers essential information for MICE professionals and we maintain strong relationships with mainstream and luxury operators in the UK leisure market. By working with a select number of hotels, we offer in-depth knowledge and strategic support to increase sales performance.
Role Description
This is a part-time (3-4 days per week) remote role for a proactive, energetic self starter, based in the South of England (Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire). You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with MICE clients in the South of England and London, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring customer service excellence, with the ultimate goal of generating business for our global hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Group Sales. Own car essential. Ideal start date September 2025. Salary circa £30-£35k plus attractive bonus scheme.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, marketing, and account management within the hospitality industry
* Strong negotiation, contracting, and strategic planning abilities
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
* Proven ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the MICE market is a plus
