Key Responsibilities:
4-stage clearances and Certificates of Reoccupation.
Comprehensive air testing.
Asbestos surveys on high-spec commercial properties.Who We're Looking For:
Essential: P403 & P404 qualified (3+ years' experience).
P402 (surveying) qualified (2+ years' experience).
P405 qualified or willing to obtain.
Full UK driving license.
Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.What We Offer:
