The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and additional support needs. Responsibilities include medication and finances support, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care. You will also engage clients in their hobbies – from outings and movies to gym sessions and group activities.
Requirements
Full UK manual driving licence required. Other key skills and attributes:

* Ability to work well both in a team and independently
