From heating systems and drainage to water supply and sanitation, your role will ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to support on-call and seasonal shifts.Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair water supply, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
* Service piped systems including drainage and closed-loop heating circuits.
* Test systems for efficiency and safety compliance.
* Maintain accurate inventory of plumbing materials and equipment.
* Support other maintenance staff when needed.
* Adhere to all company health and safety standards, including COSHH and building regulations.
* Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties as required.
* Carry out additional duties within the scope of the role as directed by management.
What We're Looking For
* City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (Essential)
* Unvented hot water systems ticket (Essential)
* Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and installations (Essential)
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
* Familiarity with current building regulations
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Own hand tools
* Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
* A professional, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic
