Construction Project Manager
BMSL require an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a major food retailers Deposit Recycle Scheme for the North West region.
The project sites will be constructed either in current stores, adjacent to the stores or in the car parks.
Responsibilities
* Oversee our client’s subcontractors who will perform groundworks, erection of modular units to house the recycling unit and various internal works.
* Oversee the site manager on the projects and report back to the client’s operations director.
* Manage the first phase of groundworks, including the formation of a new concrete slab (approx 4.8m x 7.2m) and service trenches for power and data from the existing building, with adjustments to landscaping.
* Manage the second phase of the programme – the erection of the modular unit, with contractors expected to be on site for two weeks per store.
* Be fully conversant with planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring health and safety, time and quality, and liaise with the retail store manager while considering the general public.
Qualifications
* CSCS, SMSTS and full 3-day FAW certifications are essential.
* Previous experience of working in similar retail environments is an advantage.

Temp or perm roles are an option.
Rates are negotiable.
