Job Description
Our client:
* Market-leading bakery business, renowned for high-quality bakery products available for on-the-go consumption.
* Offers over 500 premium frozen baked goods, emphasizing innovation and quality.
The role:
* Build and nurture relationships with customers to support their journey as a customer engagement representative.
* Handle inbound calls to assist customers with queries and order support, and make outbound calls to customers.
* Ensure all details are accurately logged and order amendments and add-ons are processed efficiently.
* Inform customers about promotions, new product developments, catalog updates, and allergen information when relevant.
* Meet KPIs based on call volume and duration, with a competitive commission scheme reviewed quarterly.
* Communicate with channel managers to identify opportunities in regional accounts, including non-trading or poorly trading accounts.
* This is a 40-hour office-based position, with work scheduled Sunday to Friday, including every 4th Sunday.
Ideal candidate:
* Excellent communicator confident in making calls to a large customer base.
* Ambitious with a strong understanding of the value of commission schemes.
* Organized, hardworking, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling.
Benefits & details:
* £27,000 basic salary plus commission opportunities.
* Work in Southall offices, 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
